I know maybe one person might see my comment so to that one person, thank you. I just broke 90 for the first time in my life last weekend. Shot an 86 and I didn’t even realize it until I added it all up at the end. No gimmies. Only had to take one drop. That’s ONE lost ball. All I’ve been doing is playing every weekend. 36 a day, 9 when I can, 18 if possible. It’s hard to improve with a full time job that has no defined hours. But I would like for golf to be more than just a hobby for me one day. And breaking 90 without even trying was just a major confidence boost.

For the low fade, is your trail hand in a weak position like you showed in the fade explanation?

The BAUSSS can smack those irons with some distance.... 180 im pulling my 4i, trustworthy results though, and scoreboard don't care

Matt, I just want you to know, I broke 85 for the first time the other day. Shot an 83. Your videos have taught me how to play smart golf, and that's what I did to break 85. Rather than driver every time, I hit 3 iron or 3 wood, I even hit my best tee shot with a 5 iron. Patience, course management, and a chill attitude is what I have learned from you, and I am forever grateful for that. The way of the playa works. Cheers

You have been preaching toe down chipping for Some time. Practiced it and used in my rounds… absolute game changer! Expecially live saving in very wet conditions for me. Short game is ‘ok’ during dry conditions but this technique saves the day every time when things get difficult. Definatly one of my trusted safety shots. Thanks 😋

So I just started to golf seriously this year, having played only a handful of times before. I find that instead of teaching someone how to hit the ball, you teach how to play. I found myself really seeing the game from a different perspective, and I ended up playing with a far better mentality. A shot that was off wasn't a bad shot, it was a shot that just ended up changing what my next shot would be, and that was a ton of stress that I was able to let go of. After watching a bunch of your videos, I was able to turn what would've been a frustration filled outing into a fun round, so I just wanted to say thanks!

I’ve practicing that toe down chipping and it is so much easier than just using the chipper on ever shot. I believe the toe down chipping will help my game a lot!

Matt, I’m a lifelong golfer with an inconsistent game. Recently used swing tweaks to get some pointers and now I don’t slice the ball. I big egod myself to a 102 last Tuesday, played 2 days later using your system…. Leaving the ego in the bad, playing misses, clubbing down to make sure my ball stays up, being aggressive only when needed, toe down chips and bump and runs lead to 8 one putts… 8. Shot and 84 with one lost ball (second stoke of the day). I knew I had this game in me! I can’t wait to see the scores go even lower
